Data preparation

Employers can set up employees in the system via manual input, an automated interface, or file upload.

Employee decision

The system contacts the employees, presents them with their existing products (if access to the pension clearinghouse was granted). The employee chooses their preferred product according to their eligibility and the details they are presented (management fees, yields, etc.)

Execution of employee decision

MyPensya executes the employee’s decision with the insurance companies (or investment houses) as chosen by the employee (automatically fills-in the enrollment and transfer forms according to employee choices).
MyPensya updates the employer’s payroll department regarding employee decisions.

What's included in the Israeli pension scheme?

The Israeli pension scheme bundles together five elements:
- Retirement savings.
- Midterm saving called Study Fund.
- Severance.
- Longterm disability insurance.
- Life insurance.
- All of these five elements are managed by MyPensya.

How does the employee use the MyPensya system?

Employees can use MyPensya on their smartphone, on a computer, and through their tablet.

In which languages is the call-center support available?

Hebrew, Russian, and English.

Who provides support to the employer?

Each employer is assigned a personal client manager who is available to them during regular work hours, and, in urgent cases, at any time.
Employer representatives receive the client manager’s direct phone number, e-mail address, and mobile number (available for calls and for WhatsApp messages).

What about information security? This is sensitive data.

The system was built using advanced security standards:

- Strong data encryption both in storage and transit.
- Backed by the most advanced security tools.
- MyPensya is ISO27001 and ISO27018 certified – the most globally recognized data security certifications.
- The system undergoes periodic penetration tests.

Is the system only meant for new employees?

No.The system lets employers manage future eligibility dates for current employees as well (e.g. late eligibility for study fund) and also enables current employees to transfer their study funds.
In addition, we intend to launch additional system capabilities to provide employees with a pension experience never before seen in Israel.

Is the system new? How can I trust it?

The system has been active since 2018.
During 2024, approximately 20,000 employees used MyPensya to enroll to pension products, and new employers keep joining.
Dozens of employers, some of the largest in Israel, already use the system.
As important – the system is owned by Zviran, which has operated in the field of employee compensation for 40 years. Zviran is now the largest employer consultant in Israel in the fields of pension and risk benefits. Some 200 employers, some of the largest in Israel and worldwide, use Zviran’s pension and risk benefits services.

Is MyPensya owned by an insurance company or investment house? Does it receive commissions?

No.
MyPensya is not owned by any insurance company, investment house, broker, or insurance agent.
MyPensya is not affiliated with any of these – it is 100% controlled by Zviran.
MyPensya does not receive commissions for pension products chosen by employees and does not provide consulting to the employee or recommend joining any particular pension product.
