Data preparation
Gathering the relevant data required for the gap analysis and uploading it to the system. Zviran provides you with a data template and detailed explanations on handling complex issues such as equity-based compensation (stock options, RSUs), parental leave, part-time employment, and more.
Comparison Groups
Defining the grouping of employees for comparison between men and women, based on level, business unit, job family, unionized vs. non-unionized employees, etc. The system allows you to compare between different groupings.
Pay Gaps Analysis
Results are available with one click according to the comparison groups defined. No more complicated calculations, everything is conveniently and simply presented in charts and tables. Zviran’s experts have already implemented the correct formulas within the system’s calculations.
Reports' Production
Israeli law requires the annual preparation of 3 reports: an internal report, a public report, and a report produced for each employee individually.
Aequitas produces all three reports for you with one click, according to your chosen definitions. The reports are adjustable to include your logo and comments for each group, or even at employee level. The system will even organize employee repots in folders for you, by manager, site etc.

Any employer with over 518 employees in Israel.

Once a year, by the month of June, for the previous calendar year.
What about information security? How does the system handle the sensitivity of the data?
The data required for the gender pay gap analysis is indeed highly sensitive – it includes both personal information and pay data.
Therefore, Aequitas is installed locally on the client’s systems, not on the cloud.
The system is completely disconnected from the Internet – it neither receives nor transmits any information.
The data fed into the system and analyses conducted by it are encrypted and are not transferred to anyone (not even to Zviran).
It is worth mentioning that Zviran is ISO27001 and ISO27018 certified – the most globally recognized data security certifications.

The system includes detailed, extensive explanations on data collection, what needs to be included, and the correct calculation for everything.

How does the system handle changes in the law and in recommendations of the Commission?
The system is regularly updated according to changes in the law and recommendations of the Commissionaire, and of course due to feedback received from users.
We will let you know when an update for your system is available (as the system is not connected to the cloud, updates must be installed by the user via a simple process).
