FAQ

Is the data I submit open to other system subscribers?

No.
Your data is used, along with that of the other system subscribers, to create benchmark data for the entire market or segments of it.
It is not possible to single out the data of any specific employer within the results provided to clients.

In which languages is the system available?

Hebrew and English.

Will I be able to know which employers provide data to BeneFits?

Yes.
Every subscriber is provided with a participants list and also has access to this list within the BeneFits system, along with relevant details such as clients' sector, size, type, etc.
Of course, this does not enable knowing the benefits policy of any specific employer.

Can I receive results without providing my company’s data?

Yes, but the price is three times higher.

How often is market data updated?

Market data is continuously updated.
Subject to legal constrains, market data is updated when new companies join the system or update their data.

Can I subscribe to individual chapters?

Yes.
However, the price of individual chapters is higher, therefore if a client is interested in more than one chapter, it would probably be more cost efficient to purchase a full subscription.

How many users can use BeneFits from my company?

The subscription includes two user licenses.
More users can be added for an additional fee.

Can I receive support from Zviran?

Yes.
Each employer is assigned a personal client manager – a compensation and benefits professional – who will support the company during data submission, instruct them on use of the system, answer questions, and more.

Is the data per position or company-wide?

Data is according to job profiles:
- Executives
- Middle Management
- First Line Management (team leaders)
- Professionals
- Support Positions
- Field Personnel (Service and Technicians)
- Sales Personnel
- Call Center Positions

What about information security? This is sensitive data

The system was built with advanced security standards:
- The system is built on the Microsoft Azure platform.
- Strong data encryption both in storage and transit.
- Backed by the most advanced security tools.
- Zviran is ISO27001 and ISO27018 certified – the most globally recognized data security certifications.
- The system undergoes periodic penetration testing.

Will I be required to provide personal employee data?

No.
Data is reported, at most, at the job profile level, not on the position or employee level.
No personal employee information is reported in the system.

Can I see the data according to only start-ups?

Yes.
You can define a peer group of consisted of dozens of start-ups.

What exactly is a peer group? How does it work?

Sometimes a client wants a benchmark of only companies from the same sector or companies with other similar characteristics (private vs. publicly traded companies, subsidiaries of multinationals, etc.)
Some companies want to analyze their benefits policy compared to a specific segment of the market.
Therefore, we enable clients to define their own peer groups that include specifically chosen companies, receiving benchmark data for that group in particular.
The subscription allows for two peer groups, where each must include at least 12 companies (in order to maintain each company’s confidentiality).

How often will I need to submit company data?

On enrollment and then once every 24 months.
As benefits and terms of employment policies don’t change often, when changes are made, you are only required to update them within a 24-month period or after a change of a specific policy.
The last company data reported remains in your questionnaire, therefore when you are required to re-submit data, you only need to update policies that have changed, not to re-enter all the policies data again.

Is the data only regarding beneFits policies?

BeneFits system contains much more.
In addition to benefits data, a BeneFits subscription also includes data regarding terms of employment (shifts and on-call, remote work, etc.), plan desig for sales incentives and bonuses, equity data (stock options, RSUs, etc.), and even human resources practices, such as the ratio of employees per one HR (or compensation and benefits) professional, market practices regarding employee evaluation programs, using social networks for recruitment, and much more.
