Student High-Tech Positions Pay & Benefits Survey

A significant number of high-tech companies in Israel incorporate students from relevant fields of study into their workforce (computer science, software engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, industrial engineering, economics, and more). The Student Compensation Survey – a complementary service provided to the technology and high tech survey participants – is conducted once a year and focuses on the salary levels, employment terms and benefits package offered to students employed in the high-tech industry.
Salary levels presented by actual field of employment (e.g. software development, QA, etc.), and year of studies, and allows companies to offer competitive compensation for the students they employ.
In addition to analyzing salary levels, the survey also includes employment terms and benefits provided to students, such as working hours and attendance tracking, overtime pay, bonuses, participation in tuition, study fund, company car, laptop, cellphone, holiday gifts, health insurance, etc.
