Zviran offers several products to help you manage your compensation and benefits:

• PayData online service allows you to receive Israel compensation benchmark data, any time, any place.
• BeneFits online service allows you to receive Israel benefits and terms of employment benchmark data, any time, any place.
• ComProcess manages base pay increase (Merit) processes as well as bonus and equity based compensation (stock options, RSUs etc.) distribution processes, from budgeting, through managers recommendations & approvals, up to employee individual communications.
• Aequitas automate the analysis legally required in Israel for gender pay equity and producing the public report required, as well as the employees’ individual reports.  The system is tailored to Israeli law requirements, so it’s only available in Hebrew (see our Hebrew section for more details).
