As part of the collaboration between Mercer and Zviran, the companies manage joint projects for global clients, support Merger and Acquisition deals as part of HR Due Diligence and HR Post-Merger Integration. This partnership provides global Israeli companies with support and service in dozens of countries, while providing foreign global companies with professional HR, Compensation and Benefits services in Israel. The collaboration between Zviran and Mercer provides Israeli companies with access to global data products such as salary surveys, benefit information, Cost of Living indexes, housing and education prices, and the most advanced methodologies in the world.

In recent years, Mercer has enabled global Israeli companies to centrally manage all their pension and insurance plans (a service called Global Benefits Managements), ensuring regulatory and legal compliance, access to benefit information in various countries, use of leading online tools and considerable savings in employer costs
