Consulting for employers in talks with labor unions includes the following aspects:

  • Developing a strategy for the negotiations with employee representatives
  • Conducting negotiations on the employer’s behalf for an initial collective labor agreement and renewal of collective labor agreements.
  • Cost analysis of demands made by employee representatives and creation of simulation tools to provide the employer with real-time information regarding cost of the various options being discussed during negotiations.
  • Creating a tool that demonstrates to employees the consequences of changes in policy in issues such as bonuses, sales incentives, changes in salary structures, etc.
