With 30 years of experience in pension consulting to a wide array of companies, Nissim has developed innovative models and methods for executive compensation. He served as the Executive Vice President and Head of Investments and Business for the leading pension insurance broker in Israel. His credentials include a BA in Economics and Business Administration, Accounting and Taxes from the College of Management Academic Studies, and a pension consultant license.
Sarig Gafny
Sarig brings with him 20 years of experience in the field of Compensation & Benefint: founded and managed the global Comp. & Ben. Department of Teva, served as Head of Global Comp. & Ben. of Adama, as Israel Comp. & Ben. Manager for HP, and held a variety of managerial HR positions at Intel. Sarig is a certified Attorney at Law, holds an MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati Executive MBA program, is an accredited senior payroll processor and is educated in programming.
Tzur Tamir
Tzur has 20 years of experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits, serving as Head of Global Comp. & Ben. at NICE Systems and at Orbotech, as Head of Israel Comp. & Ben. at Applied Materials, and as the HR Manager of the Marketing Division at NICE Systems.
Tzur is a certified Attorney at Law, has a BA in Economics and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Michal Milo
With over 15 years of experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits, specializing in Pay & Benefits surveys.
Michal worked in the HR Department of El-Op, and has been heading Zviran's Pay & Benefits surveys practice for over 10 years.
Michal is a certified Engineer with a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management

Brings with her 15 years of experience in the fields of salary and benefits. Roni holds a BA and MA in Economics and Business Administration (specializing in finance) from the Hebrew University. One more thing: Roni loves the sea and travelling.
Shay Dorfman
Holds a BA in economics and accounting from Tel Aviv University.
Has 10 years of experience in the field of salary and benefits in Israel and abroad.

Noga Burg Sgan-Cohen
Noga brings with her 15 years of experience, holds a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion.
